Intended Audience: 
Intended for current Property Tax users as a refresher before the next busy season.  Companies anticipating acquiring the module or individuals new to the department will also profit by the detailed walk through.

Description: 
This is training on the use of the PowerPlant Property Tax Center module covering the full property tax cycle – from extracting data for renditions to payment of bills, including the new navigation.  Specifically, the training will cover the extraction of data from PowerPlant, preparation of renditions, answering data requests using online query tools and reports, generation of forecasts for accrual and budgeting purposes, creation and booking of accrual entries, and bill entry and payment.  Class attendees will be provided with their own instance of a PowerPlant Property Tax installation from a sample company to use in completing exercises designed to mimic the standard property tax cycle.  Helpful hints, controls, and reviews will be emphasized.  Materials provided include:

The first day will cover Book Integrations (including Asset Accounting issues) and Property Tax Renditions; the second day will cover Property Tax Payments, Accruals, and other Analysis and Controls
